About the Role

You will be part of the business area Economic Management, where we are about 50 employees working with private, commercial, and BRF clients. You will belong to the Economics Support team, which consists of 7 dedicated colleagues.

We are looking for an operational manager with strong expertise in accounts payable and financial processes, who wants to combine leadership with development work. Here you will have the opportunity to drive improvement initiatives and automation projects that make a real difference in our workflows.

In this role, you will have personnel responsibility for the team within accounts payable and overall responsibility for our processes within economic support. You will be a key person in developing our routines and digital solutions, together with the Business Area Manager for Economic Management. You will be part of the business management team and report to one of our group managers within the business area.

This role suits you who enjoys combining strategic improvement work with operational responsibility for quality and efficiency.

Who are you?

You are passionate about improving and streamlining financial processes. You are confident, unpretentious, and like to take the initiative to drive development. You build strong relationships, collaborate across team boundaries, and always have the customer in focus.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
  • Relevant education in finance
  • At least 1 year of experience as a leader in accounts payable
  • Solid experience in accounts payable
  • Good understanding of property VAT
  • Experience with ERP/Unit4

It is an advantage if you have experience in change management and know what it takes to create change.
